The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Nepal has strong and decentralized program, finance and human resource management systems. It has an expanded portfolio of five focused areas namely; Reproductive Health, Economic Development, Education, Emergency Management and Good Governance.

ADRA Nepal has larger operations with multiple donors. It works in Nepal by receiving funding from donors for specific projects and implements them on behalf of the donor.

ADRA Nepal receives funds from international donors such as; USAID, European Commission For Humanitarian Aid (ECHO), European Commission, AusAID, UNFPA, World Bank, World Food Program, Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), Direct Relief International, New Zealand International Aid & Development (NZAID), Japanese Platform, Rotary International (New Zealand, Australia, & Germany), World Wildlife Fund (WWF),Southern Asia Division, Smile Train, S & K Foundation, Swiss Solidarity and Sydney Adventist Hospital.

Similarly, the organization receives funds from ADRA Network donors such as ADRA Canada, ADRA Australia, ADRA Germany, ADRA Czech Republic, ADRA International, ADRA Japan, ADRA Korea, ADRA Netherlands, ADRA New Zealand, ADRA Norway, ADRA Switzerland, ADRA UK, and other private & individual donors.

ADRA Nepal implements its programs in partnership with non-governmental and governmental organizations in different sectors of Nepal. Partners that have been used are; Backward Society Education (BASE), Resource Identification and Mobilization Society (RIMS), Nepal Red Cross Society (NRCS), British Nepal Medical Trust (BNMT),Integrated Community Development (ICD), Indreni Rural Development Center Nepal (INDRENI), Safe Motherhood Network Federation Nepal (SMNF), Community Service Center (CSC), Scheer Memorial Hospital (SMH), Ecosystem Ltd, , Habitat for Humanity International, Engineers without Borders and District Health Offices as well as other district level government organizations.
